What is hold.my?
hold.my is a waiting list for billiard and pool clubs. Guests join the queue from their phone, the manager seats them on a free table, and a TV screen shows the queue in the bar.
How are waiting times estimated?
Each game counts as one hour until tables finish games today; after that the estimate uses the real average game length per table today.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests open the club's link (hold.my/club-name) or scan a QR code and type their name. They get an alert when their table is ready.
How much does it cost?
€29 per month, €290 per year, or a €990 one-time lifetime licence, with a 14-day free trial and no card needed.
